“Wes Beckwith was contacted by my company, NuMaintenance & Construction Corp. to provide services to build a custom database for the running of our business. Wes was referred by a partner of the company for services. Originally he was contracted only for this service, as we open our doors on February 6, we found several others issues.

Our current IT support was out of New York and not locally based. We ran into several problems from the moment our doors open. We were in crisis mode immediately, we contacted Wes on an emergency basis, he not only responded quickly, he was able to provide assistance in every avenue we were having issues with.

My company works on a voice over IP system and complete wireless system for printers, to faxes, to phones to work stations. Wes took it upon himself to find out which company actually owns the cables and controls the internet speed and then proceeded to secure immediate service from this provider with installation the very next day and at a cost that was less than we originally signed up for with the previous provider.

The voice over IP company we secured also made promises that could not be delivered and I am talking basic functions of a telephone system, again, Wes took it upon himself to research additional companies and secure a new provider who could meet our needs and delivered immediately. Wes was able to secure the exact same equipment at a less cost for the original telephone system with shipment of the new equipment immediately. Wes not only set the service up but proceeded to provide IP assistance with the telephones and properly set up everything from voicemails to extensions to after hour forwarding.

During the 1st week both myself and my partner experienced of all things, issues with our laptops, unfixable issues with our laptops. Wes secured 2 brand new laptops, staged and perfected the laptops with our company requirements within 24-hours and the pricing of everything was less than the original 2 laptops.

Needless to say, my company, would not be operational today and running at its fullest capabilities, without Wes Beckwith. We have since, ?fired? the IT company from our parent company in New York, we have secured Wes for ALL services, from ongoing IT support, to website building, report building for our database, to just simply up and running services without any issues.
